Behind each of these students is, in many cases, a private tutor operating a serious practice with no professional infrastructure. This is the customer Rigora is built for.
At ₹999/month, capturing 5,000 tutors — 10% of the addressable market — generates ₹6 Crore ARR. That is the conservative case.

The fastest way to build the right product is to be its first and most demanding user. Rigora is being built by a working JEE/AP Physics tutor for their own practice — every feature is validated in a real session before it's offered to anyone else.
Rigora is built on Next.js (App Router) with Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage. LaTeX rendering uses KaTeX — the same engine used by Khan Academy and Wikipedia. Frontend on Vercel; database on Supabase's managed Postgres. Infrastructure cost at launch: effectively zero. At 500 users: approximately $50/month.
This is not a technical project waiting for a technical co-founder. It is a product being built with available tools, by someone who knows the customer, for a specific, solvable problem.
